Second approach is finding a local Advertising Agency to work with to help come up with cool unique ways to market your home. The agency we worked with came up with this great idea to have a block party outside the home. There was catering, a bouncy play place for the kids and a live band performed in the back yard. It really go people talking and allowed neighbors to see the home and really get some information on the house so they could spread the word.
