Welcome to Camping Port Massaluca. By making a reservation and accessing our facilities, you agree to the following contractual conditions that govern your stay and the use of our services. <\/p>\n
1. RESERVATIONS, PAYMENTS, AND CANCELLATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n 1.1. Payment Conditions<\/b><\/p>\n Advance Payment (Guarantee):<\/b> To confirm a reservation, payment of 50% of the total amount is required (or the amount of the first night if it is higher than said percentage).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Remaining Payment:<\/b> The remaining amount of the stay, as well as the Tourist Tax, must be paid in full at the time of Check-in.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Tourist Tax:<\/b> In accordance with current regulations, a surcharge of \u20ac0.99 per person\/night<\/b> will apply (over 16 years old, maximum 7 nights). This amount is not included in the accommodation price. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n 1.2. Cancellation Policy \u2013 Accommodations (Bungalows, Pods)<\/b><\/p>\n Up to 24 hours after booking:<\/b> 100% refund of the advance payment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n +30 days before arrival:<\/b> 100% refund of the advance payment (less \u20ac20 for administration fees).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n 15 to 30 days before arrival:<\/b> 50% refund of the advance payment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Less than 15 days before arrival:<\/b> The advance payment will not be refunded (0% refund).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Early departure:<\/i> If the client decides to leave the accommodation before the scheduled date, they must pay 100% of the reserved stay.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n 1.3. Cancellation Policy \u2013 Pitches<\/b><\/p>\n Up to 24 hours after booking:<\/b> 100% refund of the advance payment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n +15 days before arrival:<\/b> 100% refund of the advance payment (less \u20ac10 for administration fees).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n 7 to 15 days before arrival:<\/b> 50% refund of the advance payment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Less than 7 days:<\/b> The advance payment will not be refunded.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Note:<\/i> Cancellations must be requested in writing via email by the reservation holder. No-Show:<\/b> If the client does not arrive before 8:00 PM on the day of arrival without prior notice, the reservation will be canceled and the advance payment will be lost.<\/p>\n 1.4. Reservation Modifications<\/strong><\/p>\n Any modification (change of dates, accommodation, reduction of days or number of people) is subject to availability and must be requested via email.<\/p>\n Permitted timeframes:<\/b> Requests must be made more than 30 days<\/b> in advance for Accommodations (Bungalows, Pods) and more than 15 days<\/b> for Pitches.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Conditions within timeframe:<\/b> No administration fees. If the new amount is higher, the client will pay the difference. If it is lower, the balance in favor will be subject to the penalties of our Cancellation Policy (sections 1.2 and 1.3). <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Outside timeframe:<\/b> Reductions in stay, rate decreases, or postponements are not permitted. If the original stay is not enjoyed, the corresponding cancellation policy (1.2 and 1.3) will apply and the advance payment will be forfeited. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Modification limit:<\/b> Maximum one (1) change<\/b> per reservation. Any modified reservation will automatically become “Non-Refundable,” losing the right to any future refund of the advance payment. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n 2. USE OF FACILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITY (DAMAGES AND CLEANING)<\/strong><\/p>\n 2.1. Card Guarantee and Responsibility<\/b> The Campsite will not charge a cash deposit by default. However, by accepting these terms, the client expressly authorizes Camping PortMassaluca S.L. to charge the credit card provided<\/b> for the amounts corresponding to: <\/p>\n Damage or breakages to furniture and facilities caused by misuse.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Loss of keys or remote controls.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Extraordinary Cleaning:<\/b> A supplement of \u20ac50<\/b> will be charged if the accommodation is returned in extremely dirty conditions, unremoved garbage, or dirty dishes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n 2.2. Inventory<\/b> The client has 2 hours<\/b> from their entry to report any prior damage at reception. After this time, it will be understood that the client accepts the perfect condition of the accommodation. The reservation holder assumes full civil and economic responsibility for damages caused by themselves, their companions, or their pets. <\/p>\n 3. SCHEDULES AND COEXISTENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n Reception:<\/b> 9:00 AM \u2013 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM \u2013 8:30 PM.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Check-in:<\/b> From 4:00 PM.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Check-out<\/strong> and Late Check-out<\/strong>:<\/p>\n Standard check-out time is before 12:00 PM. If you wish to extend your stay, the late check-out service will be strictly subject to availability at the time and must be agreed upon and authorized in advance by Reception<\/b>. If feasible, the following conditions will apply: <\/p>\n Check-out until 6:00 PM:<\/b> A supplementary charge of \u20ac40 for Bungalows<\/b>, \u20ac20 for Pods<\/b>, and \u20ac10 for Pitches<\/b> will apply.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Check-out after 6:00 PM:<\/b> This will be considered a new day’s occupancy, and the corresponding amount for an extra night will be automatically charged.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Note: Any delay in check-out time (after 12:00 PM) that has not been expressly notified and authorized by Reception will result in the direct and irrevocable charge of an extra night’s stay.<\/i><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Quiet Hours:<\/b> From 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM it is mandatory to maintain absolute silence<\/b>. During these hours, the circulation of vehicles is prohibited. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Coexistence:<\/b> Failure to comply with the rules of noise, uncivil conduct, or the use of prohibited fishing gear will be grounds for immediate expulsion without the right to a refund<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n 4. EXTERNAL SERVICES (RESTAURANT)<\/strong><\/p>\n The restaurant service is operated by an independent entity (Restaurant Port Massaluca S.C.P.<\/b>).<\/p>\n Camping PortMassaluca S.L. acts only as a lessor of the space.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Any claim related to the service of food, beverages, or food safety should be directed directly to the company managing the restaurant.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n 5. SPECIFIC PET REGULATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n Pets are allowed under the strict responsibility of their owners:<\/p>\n Documentation:<\/b> The valid health card must be presented.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Control:<\/b> Dogs must always be on a leash<\/b> inside the facilities. Mandatory collection of excrement. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n In Accommodations:<\/b><\/p>\n Cleaning supplement: \u20ac20\/stay.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Limit: Maximum 2 medium-sized pets.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Prohibition:<\/b> Pets are strictly prohibited from climbing on beds or sofas<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the accommodation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n 6. ACTIVITY REGULATIONS (FISHING AND BOATS)<\/strong><\/p>\n 6.1. Fishing<\/b><\/p>\n It is mandatory to have a valid fishing license and ticket. The client is solely responsible for knowing and complying with regional fishing regulations. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Health Regulations:<\/b> For strict hygiene and odor control reasons, the sacrifice, evisceration, or cleaning of fish is strictly prohibited<\/b> in any camping facility (including inside bungalows, plots, and common bathrooms).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Transportation:<\/b> The entry or transport of dead or live fish for storage purposes within the premises is not allowed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The Campsite promotes the practice of sport fishing and respect for the environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Prohibited:<\/b> Fishing with a fixed rod during the day from the shore of the campsite (only allowed at night so as not to interfere with other nautical activities).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n 6.2. Boat Rental<\/b><\/p>\n Hours: 9:00 AM until sunset. Night navigation is prohibited. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Deposits:<\/b> A deposit of \u20ac150<\/b> (15HP engines) or \u20ac300<\/b> (superior engines) will be required before delivery.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The client is responsible for the proper use of the boat and compliance with navigation rules.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n 7. USE OF BARBECUES<\/strong><\/p>\n Prohibited:<\/b> Open fire or firewood outside the designated areas.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Allowed:<\/b> Charcoal barbecues only in the communal area or in the built-in barbecues of the ECO Comfort Bungalows. Gas\/electric barbecues allowed on the pitch. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n 8. WI-FI CONNECTION<\/strong><\/p>\n The Wi-Fi service is free and shared for the exclusive use of clients.<\/p>\n Responsibility:<\/b> Camping PortMassaluca S.L. does not guarantee the total privacy of the data nor is it responsible for interruptions of the service.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Prohibited Use:<\/b> It is strictly prohibited to use the network for:<\/p>\n Illegal downloads of content protected by copyright (P2P, Torrents, etc.).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Activities that violate the law, morals, or public order (child pornography, apology for terrorism, racism).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Computer attacks on third parties or actions that saturate the network.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n The establishment reserves the right to block access or expel any user who violates these rules or makes abusive use of the bandwidth.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n 9. DATA PROTECTION<\/strong><\/p>\n Your personal data is included in our data processing activities, for which CAMPING PORTMASSALUCA SL is the Data Controller, whose purpose is to manage the relationship with our stakeholder groups; a purpose based on your consent and\/or the execution of a written or verbal contract that binds us with you. Your personal data will be retained as long as the commercial relationship is maintained, as well as for the periods established in applicable regulations to address possible liabilities. Likewise, said personal data may be transferred to third parties. <\/p>\n You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability of your data, limitation and opposition to its processing, as well as not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing of your data, when applicable, before CAMPING PORTMASSALUCA SL, at the email address info@portmassaluca.com.
