In this spacious bungalow, you’ll enjoy a large 12 sqm covered terrace with direct access to the living-kitchen area. Together, they form a spacious area ideal for sharing with family or friends. The kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, a dishwasher, a combi fridge, an outdoor barbecue, a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave, and all the necessary kitchenware for your stay. With 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, it’s perfect for 4 adults. And with zoned air conditioning, you can select your ideal temperature in each room! You will also have Wi-Fi, smart TV, full bathroom, parking, blankets, sheets, and towels included.

Why ECO?
The new ECO Confort bungalow series incorporates Loxone Smart Home technology, cutting-edge solutions for efficient energy management: room-by-room climate control, advanced LED lighting, personalized access codes, open window detection, and optimized energy and water consumption. Additionally, they are built with 10 cm thick walls and floors , a double-insulated roof, and double-glazed windows and doors. Thanks to this structure, thermal and acoustic insulation are improved, promoting rest and disconnection during your vacation.

COME WITH YOUR PET

We allow dogs or other pets inside these types of bungalows, which also have a terrace. A maximum of 2 medium-sized dogs/pets are permitted, and an additional €20 cleaning fee will be charged for the entire stay. It is important that dogs or pets do not disturb other guests and are accustomed to being indoors. The client agrees to comply with the specific regulations for dogs and pets, as indicated in the “Terms and Conditions” of the contract.

MINIMUM 2-NIGHT STAY

Bookings are for a minimum of two nights, although exceptions may be made depending on the season.

If you wish to stay for only one night, you can do so by calling us 24 hours in advance, and we will check availability.

For single-night stays, a €20 supplement is charged for linens and cleaning.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

You can check in from 4 PM.

Normally, check-out is before 12 PM.
