Multiple species of fish abound in these waters of Fayón, just 20 minutes from Mequinenza, from the smallest to the largest and best known, such as the catfish. Catfish of all sizes (currently up to 2.5 meters), huge carp (more than 15kg) and ever-present predators such as black bass, zander, and the latest to arrive, European perch.

At Port Massaluca, we are committed to protecting and conserving the environment, preventing the introduction of new invasive species often used by many anglers as bait, and promoting a catch-and-release philosophy to ensure the future of a living river. Activities contrary to environmental and fishing regulations may be reported to the authorities, resulting in the expulsion of offenders from our facilities.
