Grant for hiring young people in unemployment

In the year 2022, we were beneficiaries of the grant for hiring young people in unemployment according to the bases EMT/3861/2021 with a total amount of €17,684.52 and a commitment to maintain and create a job position for 1 year.

Thanks to this action, we have been able to train a young person from the territory in all reception and customer service functions:

Customer service and reservation management through omnichannel help desk (phone, WhatsApp, email, Instagram…)

Check-in / check-out management in camping accommodations (Bungalows, plots, etc…)

Tourist guidance for clients to get to know the surroundings (museum visits, boat trips, wine tourism, birdwatching…)

Management of sports equipment rentals such as kayaks, boats, etc.

Management of stays related to sport fishing

Management of promotional web portals and support for the company’s marketing

In general, all functions to be developed at the reception of a campsite and the management of national and foreign clients with languages.

This action is promoted and subsidized by the Public Employment Service of Catalonia and financed by the European Social Fund as part of the European Union’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic
